Terms & Conditions - The Basics
1. Services Provided
North Houston Permanent Lighting provides professional permanent exterior lighting design and installation services for residential and commercial properties.
2. Estimates Provided
All estimates are free unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on information available at the time of inspection and are typically valid for 30 days.
3. Deposits & Payments
A 50% deposit is required to secure an installation date. The remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing.Accepted payment methods: [List payment types].
4. Scheduling & Weather
Installation dates may change due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. North Houston Permanent Lighting is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
5. Ownership of Materials
All lighting products and components remain the property of North Houston Permanent Lighting until paid in full.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled installation may result in forfeiture of deposit. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.
7. Access & Job Site Conditions
Customer must provide clear, safe access to work areas and secure pets. Unsafe or inaccessible conditions may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
9. Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply to lighting products. Labor warranty applies to installation workmanship only. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modifications, power surges, or acts of nature.
8. Electrical & Structural Disclaimer
North Houston Permanent Lighting is not responsible for pre-existing electrical issues, hidden damage, or structural defects discovered during installation.
10. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, designs, and materials are the property of North Houston Permanent Lighting and may not be used without written permission.
12. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for unsafe conditions, non-payment history, or abusive behavior.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
